RETURN POLICY
Procedure for returning goods of proper quality
Return of goods / services: Our company offers goods and services on demand. Therefore, the return of goods or refusal of the service is possible in case of reasonable suspicion of poor-quality production of products or poor-quality provision of services. Such features that may be an argument for non-acceptance of our goods and services include: non-compliance of the material with the one specified in the application (approval), non-compliance of the format (size) by more than 5%, color mismatch (obvious visual mismatch and measured difference ΔE>5), absence of one or more colors on the print, clearly poor-quality printing (spotting, moire, plucking).
Finished printed products are considered high-quality if all discrepancies (defects, underprinting) do not exceed the permissible percentage in the circulation, namely:
- with a circulation up to 3,000 copies – 2% of the total circulation;
- with a circulation of 3,000 to 10,000 copies – 3% of the total circulation;
- with a circulation of over 10,000 copies – 5% of the total circulation.
During the printing process, minor defects may appear on the print, which do not affect the intended use of the product and its durability. These include "scratch marks", "stains", "bubbles".
The presence of stains and "marashok" (paper dust elements printed through offset rubber) up to 0.5 mm in size in the amount of 2 pieces on one side of the product (one postcard, business card, sticker, 1 element of a sticker pack) or on the catalog strip is permissible, provided that this element does not distort text information or is not located on the face in the photographic areas of the image or logos. The presence of scratches 0.1 mm wide and up to 7 mm long on one side of the product (postcard, business card, sticker, 1 element of a sticker pack) or on the catalog strip is permissible, provided that this element does not distort text information or is not located on the faces in the photographic areas of the image or logos.
Resin stickers and sticker packs have quality features related to the physical properties of elastic resin:
- The accuracy of resin spreading and alignment of the cutout contours and the sticker image is within +/- 1mm.
- The hardened resin has a natural residual stickiness. If the customer considers this to be a significant drawback, he can neutralize it himself by using light mineral or silicone oil, wiping the surface of the stickers with a lint-free cloth moistened with it.
- When the resin hardens, bubbles up to 0.3 mm in size and lines up to 2 mm in size may remain on the surface, in an amount of up to 5-7 per sticker - this is normal.
- The total percentage of stickers with defects should not exceed 3-5% of the total print run.
Glass stickers are supplied to the customer with information about recommended gluing methods. The customer makes the decision to perform the gluing independently, or with the involvement of third-party specialists. The sticker manufacturer is not responsible for the quality of the work on placing the stickers, and does not compensate for possible shortcomings that arise in the event of poor-quality gluing (installation) of the product.
Also, the reason for the return may be critical damage to the goods at our production / warehouse, which cannot be repaired without damaging the goods. Also, the inability to receive the goods within the specified time frame due to our fault (within our production / warehouse / office).
1. The return of goods to the online store is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. The return of goods to the online store is at the expense of the Buyer.
3. When the Buyer returns goods of inadequate quality, the Online Store returns the amount paid for the goods, minus compensation for the Online Store's costs associated with delivering the goods to the Buyer.
RULES FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS OF IMPROPER QUALITY
- General Provisions
1.1. These Rules regulate the procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality purchased through the PackHub easy online store.
1.2. They define the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller in the event of detection of defects in the goods indicating their inadequate quality, and are based on the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". 1.3. These Rules are an integral part of the purchase and sale agreement between the buyer and the seller. - Definition of Terms
2.1. Goods of inadequate quality – products that have manufacturing defects, do not meet the declared characteristics or established quality standards, violating the terms of the contract.
2.2. Buyer is an individual who made a purchase through the PackHub easy online store.
2.3. Seller is an organization or an individual selling goods through the PackHub easy online store. - Procedure for filing a return request
3.1. In the event of a defect being discovered that indicates the poor quality of the goods, the buyer has the right to contact the seller with a request to return, replace the goods or eliminate the deficiencies free of charge.
3.2. An application for the return of goods of inadequate quality must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. 3.3. To submit a claim, the buyer must send a message to the e-mail address info@packhub-easy.com or use the contact form on the website. The application must contain:
- order number;
- detailed description of the detected defect;
- photo and/or video materials confirming the presence of the defect;
- copies of accompanying documents (waybill, invoice, etc.). - Terms of return of goods
4.1. Return of goods of inadequate quality is accepted only subject to confirmation of the fact of the defect, which arose as a result of manufacturing or technological deficiencies, and not due to improper use or mechanical damage caused by the buyer.
4.2. The product must be returned complete, including the original packaging, accompanying documents and instructions (if any).
4.3. Custom-made products can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is confirmed. If the cause of the defect is in doubt, the seller reserves the right to request additional evidence and/or conduct an additional examination. - Claim and Compensation Procedure
5.1. After receiving the application and the returned product, the seller conducts an examination to confirm the fact of inadequate quality. 5.2. The decision on return, replacement or free elimination of defects is made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.3. If the defect is confirmed, the buyer has the right to demand: - a refund of the full amount paid for the product; - exchange of goods for similar ones (if available); - free elimination of the defect.
5.4. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, or by another agreed method within 10 working days after the decision is made. - Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for defects arising from improper use of the product or violation of the operating instructions by the Buyer.
6.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information about the discovered defects. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in refusal to return the product. - Features of Product Return
7.1. Products, especially custom-made products, are not subject to return unless the defect is the result of a manufacturing error.
7.2. In the event of a return of custom-made printed products, the Buyer is obliged to provide additional evidence confirming the manufacturing nature of the defect. - Final Provisions
8.1. These Rules shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the PackHub easy website and shall apply to all transactions for the sale of products through the online store.
8.2. All disputes arising in connection with the return of goods of inadequate quality shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties, and in the event of failure to reach agreement - in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the changes to these rules. The current version of the Rules is posted on the PackHub easy website and is mandatory for compliance.
